Sat., Mar 19 - GMSAC Prayer Warrior's Prayer Breakfast at Mt Vernon Presbyterian Church, 2001 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, VA Speaker: Pastor Williams of Greater Morning Star #2. Theme: Sweet Hour of Prayer from Matthew 14:23. All are welcome - $20 donations requested. Call 703-924-5001 to RSVP with name and phone number.

Tue, Apr 19 - Sun, Apr 24 - 7:30 pm nightly - GMSAC Spring Revival with national evangelist Elder Michael White from Horton, KS.

Fri., May 20 - 7:30 pm - DC, DE, MD District Council REGION IV UNITY MEETING at GMSAC, 7929 Richmond Hwy, Alex., VA 22306. Guest Speaker: Pastor Louise Turner of Bible Way Apostolic.  All are welcome - No charge. Call 703-924-5001 with questions.

Sun., May 29 - 4 pm - GMSAC worships with Elder M. Taylor at Word of Faith Church. All are welcome - Transportation is available.  Join us for a 'Day of Praise'.

Sun., June 5 - 4:30 pm - GMSAC worships with Pastor Joseph Marcus at New Foundation Apostolic Ministries, Maryland. All are welcome - Transportation is available.

June 21 - June 25 - GMSAC supports FINEST OF THE WHEAT at Greater Morning Star Apostolic Ministries, 1700 Ritchie-Marlboro Road, Largo, MD. Daily Anointed Bible Classes and Powerful Evening Services. All are welcome.

Fri, July 8 - 7 pm - 11th GMSAC CHURCH and PASTORAL ANNIVERSARY BANQUET at Waterford at Springfield, 6715 Commerce ST, Springfield, VA 22150. Dress: Semi-formal. COST: $50 (13+ years) or $25 (6-12 years). Speaker: Bishop Earnest L. Pendleton, Grace Apostolic (Wash, DC).

Sun, Aug 21 - 10:30 am - GMSAC Sundae Sunday celebration convenes at 7929 Richmond Hwy, Alex., VA. Join us for Sunday School - without walls! Bible lessons, arts and crafts, songs - and of course, ice cream! No charge.  All are welcome.

Sun., Sept 15 - 4:30 pm - Celebrate the GMSAC Ushers Anniversary.   No RSVP required.  "Let all things be done decently and in order." I Corinthians 14:40.

Wed, Nov 16th - Sat, Nov 19th - DC, DE and MD Council convenes at Greater Mt Zion, Preston, MD.  No charge. All are welcome.

Sun., Dec 4 - 4:30 pm - GMSAC Chrismas Pageant at 7929 Richmond Hwy, Alex., VA! No charge. All are welcome.

2011 - From Purpose to Promise!

Walk in God's Purpose to Receive God's Promise! How great is our God! Thanks to God's faithfulness and the generosity of His people, we made tremendous progress in 2010 towards the completion of Phase I of our building project. We extend deep gratitude to all - GMSAC member or not - who have given so cheerfully and liberally of time, talent and supplies. As a church, we made sacrifices - after 10 year, we discontinued our Radio Broadcast Ministry. Yet, a different avenue of ministry has begun; the GMSAC "Living the Word" monthly television broadcast on Fairfax Public Access begins in March 2011. Check your local listing. And, while last year we could only have outdoor servcies, tent crusades and fairs at 7929 Richmond Highway, we expect indoor worship to begin in March, also. More donations are needed to finish the edifice. Please give now. Contributions are tax-deductible and help preach Christ to the world.

In 2011, as we walk in God's will, obeying His Word, doing His work, let us remember: Keep Jesus First. We receive the Promise only if we seek and abide in His Purpose - not our own. Moving in Purpose to obtain the Promise, we preach Christ crucified - yea, rather, Christ risen again.

"That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel." Ephesians 3:6
